End-User License Agreement

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and LionScripts (lionscripts.com) governing your use of software products purchased through our marketplace.

1. License Grant

Upon purchase, LionScripts grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software product according to the license type you purchased:

  • Personal License — Use on a single device for personal, non-commercial purposes.
  • Professional License — Use on up to 3 devices for personal or commercial purposes.
  • Enterprise License — Use across an organization with unlimited devices as specified in the license terms.

2. License Activation

Each license comes with a unique license key. Activation is required to use the software. The number of allowed activations depends on your license type. You can manage your activations from your dashboard.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the software
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
  • Use the software to develop competing products
  • Share your license key with unauthorized users

4. Updates and Support

Your license includes access to all updates released for the product version you purchased. Support is provided through our support center. Response times and support scope may vary by license type.

5. Intellectual Property

The software and all associated materials are the intellectual property of LionScripts. Your license grants usage rights only — ownership of the software remains with LionScripts.

6. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term of this agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software and destroy all copies.

LionScripts may also suspend or revoke a license if fraudulent activity, abuse, or violation of these terms is detected.

7. Refunds

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.LionScripts does not warrant that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall LionScripts be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the software.

10. Changes to This Agreement

LionScripts reserves the right to modify this EULA at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the software after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
